The Apiary is located on the Seminole Campus of St. Petersburg College.

The Pinellas Beekeepers Association has a training day that meets at the SPC apiary on the Saturday following the Thursday night meeting.  Members along with non members have the opportunity to learn about bees and go through a hive.

Before arriving to the apiary, drink plenty of fluids and  be sure to dress appropriately. A bee suit is preferred. However, wearing long pants and a long sleeve shirt with gloves will suffice.   No shorts or open toed shoes will be permitted in the apiary.  A hat & veil will be provided for those who need one.
