

PBA Apiary Training and Education Day UPDATE
Saturday May 30th, 2020 at the SPC Apiary
In keeping with State, County and St Pete College conditional re-opening during the COVID-19 Pandemic, specifically in regards to social distancing the PBA Apiary Training and Education Day for this Saturday May 30th, 2020 will be held twice with a maximum of ten person each on a first come / first sign-up basis.
The first session will be held at 9:00 am (weather permitting) for the first ten persons to sign up. The second session will be held at 11:00 am (again weather permitting) for the second ten persons to sign up.

Sign up quickly and come join us as we look at what is going on in the PBA honey bee hives. Bring your protective clothing to wear. A MASK MUST BE WORN AND IS NOT PROVIDED FOR THIS EVENT. A limited supply of protective gear (NOT REQUIRED MASKS) is available on a first come first serve basis. Bring water to keep hydrated. A SPC and PBA waiver must be signed for anyone attending.
For those that might need directions:
Around the corner from St Petersburg College Seminole campus – west on 102nd Avenue off of 113th Street. Left turn on Ridge Road, approximately 200 yards on the left. Park on the east side of Ridge Road and walk a short distance to the Apiary. Sorry, there is NO address for you GPS’ers, but I’ve been told if you put these coordinates (27.864047,-82.797729) in a GPS it will get you very close.
